Like you, we believe that people learn from each other. But, to do that they must respect each other's values. That's why we think it is important to establish a foundation for collaboration based on a culture of respect. Also like you, we believe that simply teaching people the theories relating to communication, dealing with change, embracing healthy conflict while effectively addressing unhealthy conflict, and engagement won't get the job done. I don't believe it is the job of the L&OD organization to make people work more productively or to make managers better leaders. I believe that happens (or not) organically, at the team level.
The Ntrinsx system is designed to be quick, easy, and inexpensive to deploy, yet surprisingly accurate. We use simple techniques to keep the tenets of respect top of mind, making Ntrinsx a natural "language" that promotes a culture of respect.
